Sales Manager

The Sales Manager/Engineer is responsible for growing market share and revenue with target customers. The role is also in charge of establishing and building relationships with new customers, promoting the sales of products and services, optimizing sales opportunities through in-depth knowledge of client activities and plans, as well as monitoring market trends, product/service developments, and competitors.

  • Establish sales network, expand market share of BOP, Christmas Tree, and etc. Be in charge of technology review, production and delivery in time. Source and develop client referrals, develop, and maintain a customer database;

  • Responsible for the collection of the feedback of specific regional business, visit customers frequently, grasp the real demands of customers, and adjust sales strategies in order to satisfy the clients;

  • Be in charge of fund collection and external arrears collection to ensure capital turnover rate under the right range;

  • Follow the whole flow of sales quote negotiation, preparation, and disposition;

  • Responsible for the contract allocation, quotation, delivery date, payment conditions and other main parts, and keep in touch with other department managers to gain the domestic and foreign market through multiple channels;

  • Collect the feedback of product quality problems and suggestions from customers in each region, and organize the conference to discussion and improvement for technology and production departments.

  • At least 3 years sales experience in petroleum products;

  • Have reliable client base
